Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of advanced biotechnology and genomics laboratory facilities.
- Coordinate with research scientists and staff to ensure all scientific equipment is calibrated, maintained, and fully operational.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility usage and safety protocols.
- Supervising the inventory management of essential lab consumables, reagents, and chemicals.
- Ensure the facility complies with all relevant institutional, national, and international safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and training to researchers on the use of specialized instrumentation.

Required Qualifications
