TalentForward Solutions is excited to announce DRDO Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Recruitment 2024 for Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering, and Metallurgical Engineering candidates. This is a prestigious opportunity to work with the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) at the Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL), Ramgarh Cantt. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹37,000 + HRA and contribute to cutting-edge defence research.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering as per DRDO-TBRL projects.
- Collaborate with scientists to design and execute experiments in terminal ballistics.
- Analyze data, publish findings, and present research outcomes.
- Adhere to DRDO’s ethical and safety guidelines for defence research.
Required Qualifications
- For Physics/Chemistry:
- First Class M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry with NET/GATE qualification.
- For Engineering Fields:
- First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering with NET/GATE OR
- First Class M.E./M.Tech. in Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of 10.05.2024 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PwBD per Govt. rules).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior research experience in defence/materials science.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Proficiency in computational modeling or lab instrumentation.
Salary and Benefits
Stipend: ₹37,000/month + HRA (as per DRDO rules).
Tenure: 2 years (extendable).
