Key Responsibilities
- As a key member of the Devyanshi Pharmaceuticals and Hospital Private Limited team, your responsibilities will vary by role, contributing to our mission of providing quality healthcare services:
- For Block Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage community health programs within the designated block.
- Liaise with local administration and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of field activities.
- Facilitate awareness campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- For Pharmacist:
- Dispense medications accurately and safely as per prescriptions.
- Provide clear and concise patient counseling regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiry date monitoring.
- Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
- For Staff Nurse:
- Provide compassionate and effective direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Required Qualifications
- To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Minimum Age Limit: 21 years
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
- Educational Qualifications:
- For Block Coordinator: Any Degree from a recognized university.
- For Pharmacist: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- For Staff Nurse: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized nursing council.
