Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct strategic initiatives within the Operations & Commercial or Technical departments.
• Oversee the management of container terminals, multimodal logistics parks, and large-scale supply chain operations.

• Ensure all technical operations, including civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering projects, adhere to the highest standards.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently serving officers of Indian Railways (e.g., IRSE, IRTS, IRSME, IRSEE).
• Must meet the specific domain experience requirements for Operations/Commercial or Technical roles as detailed in the official notification.
• The maximum age for applicants must not exceed 56 years as of the application closing date.
• Must be eligible for deputation as per the prevailing norms of the Government of India.

Preferred Qualifications

Salary and Benefits

CONCOR offers a competitive remuneration package on an Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale.

Consolidated Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,80,000 per month.
Group General Manager (GGM): ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
Senior General Manager (SGM): ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000

Other Benefits: In addition to the base salary, deputationists are entitled to allowances, perks, and benefits as per CONCOR’s company policy and deputation rules.
