Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the clinical trial, ensuring adherence to the study protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Manage patient recruitment, screening, and the informed consent process.
- Oversee the accurate and timely collection, documentation, and entry of clinical data into Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Act as the primary point of contact between the investigators, sponsors, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
- Prepare for and participate in site monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
- Maintain all trial-related documentation, including investigator site files and patient records.
- Facilitate communication among the clinical research team to ensure smooth trial operations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree.
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working in clinical trials.
- Age between 21 and 45 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in oncology-related clinical trials.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines in clinical research.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) software.
Salary and Benefits
The consolidated monthly salary for this position is ₹32,000. This is a contractual role under a sponsored project, offering invaluable experience in a leading research environment.
