Key Responsibilities

- ITI (Fitter/Welder/Diesel Mechanic): A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a cement factory.
- Strong knowledge of modern cement production technologies and process optimization.
- Certification in industrial safety or quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis for one year and will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration.
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
