Key Responsibilities

• General Manager (System Engg-Weapon Complex): Lead the system engineering, integration, and testing of advanced missile and weapon systems, ensuring project milestones are met with precision.
• Additional General Manager (Business Development & Export): Drive strategic business growth, identify new market opportunities, and manage export operations in the international defence landscape.
• Additional General Manager (Civil): Oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale industrial and technical civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical, operational, and administrative departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals and technological roadmap.
• Ensure all projects comply with national and international quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• GM (System Engg): A B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
• AGM (BD & Export): A B.E./B.Tech degree combined with an MBA or PGDM in Marketing/International Business, plus a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.
• AGM (Civil): A B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with at least 17 years of experience in managing large industrial infrastructure projects.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 55 years as of 01-Feb-2024.

Preferred Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech) in the relevant engineering discipline is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working within a major defence PSU or a similar high-technology government organisation.

• General Manager: Pay Level-14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 per month)
• Additional General Manager: Pay Level-13A (₹1,31,100 – ₹2,16,600 per month)
