Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the performance of Business Correspondents (Bank Mitras) within the assigned geographical area.
- Provide training and on-field support to BC agents to ensure they adhere to the bank’s operational and compliance guidelines.
- Drive initiatives to expand the network of BC agents and enhance customer acquisition in rural and semi-urban locations.
