Key Responsibilities

- For Retired Bankers:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rural banking.
- Must not have been dismissed, removed, or compulsorily retired from service.
- The maximum age at the time of appointment can be 65 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications like JAIIB (Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) or CAIIB (Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) are highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The remuneration for this contractual role is structured to reward performance and includes both fixed and variable components.
Fixed Component: ₹15,000 per month.
Variable Component: Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on achieving performance targets.
