Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scientific experiments related to the project, focusing on fluoride-induced oxidative stress.
- Perform advanced molecular biology techniques, including RT-PCR and Western Blotting.
- Manage and maintain animal cell cultures for experimental purposes.
- Handle and care for laboratory animals (rats) according to ethical guidelines.
- Collect, compile, and analyze research data for publication and reporting.
- Assist the Principal Investigator in preparing reports and research manuscripts.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory work and results.
Required Qualifications
- A Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science (e.g., M.Sc.) OR a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course (e.g., B.V.Sc. & A.H., M.V.Sc., B.Tech).
- Must have qualified through a national eligibility test process like CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or other national exams conducted by bodies such as DST, DBT, ICAR, or ICMR.
- The maximum age limit is 35 years as on the date of the interview.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PH candidates is applicable as per Government of India norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience in animal cell culture techniques.
- Demonstrable experience with molecular biology methods like RT-PCR and Western Blotting.
- Proven competency in handling laboratory animals, specifically rats.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with relevant scientific software.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly stipend and benefits as per the project and university guidelines.
- Salary: ₹37,000 per month.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Additional HRA will be provided as per SERB/University norms.
