Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for all end-users.
- Assist in the management, maintenance, and deployment of IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, and peripherals.
- Support the implementation and administration of enterprise applications and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and security protocols to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Help create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and IT inventory records.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects to upgrade and improve technological systems.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: A First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Technology from a recognized university. OR a First Class Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Experience: A minimum of two years of post-qualification industrial experience in a relevant IT field is mandatory.
- Age Limit: The candidate must not exceed 28 years of age as of the closing date (10/06/2024). Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or a government organization.
- Professional certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA) or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong knowledge of database management and system administration.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be engaged on a fixed-term contract and will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration, which increases annually.
1st Year: ₹30,000/- per month
2nd Year: ₹33,000/- per month
3rd Year: ₹36,000/- per month
4th Year: ₹40,000/- per month
Other benefits such as Provident Fund will be applicable as per the rules of the organization.
