Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial literacy camps and awareness programs in designated villages and communities.
- Provide counselling on savings, credit, insurance, and investment opportunities to individuals and groups.
- Educate the public on various government-sponsored financial inclusion schemes and bank products.
- Liaise with local government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders to promote financial literacy initiatives.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities conducted and outcomes achieved.
- Assist villagers in opening bank accounts, accessing digital banking services, and resolving queries.
- Guide customers on debt management and responsible borrowing practices.
Required Qualifications
- A Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Must be less than 62 years of age as of the date of the notification (04.06.2024).
- Sound knowledge of financial matters, banking operations, and computer skills.
- Must be a resident of the local area to effectively engage with the community.
- Possess a satisfactory service record and be of good character.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retired bank officers (Scale-I and above) from any Regional Rural Bank (RRB), Commercial Bank, NABARD, or SIDBI.
- Prior experience in rural banking, financial inclusion projects, or community training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in the local language (Telugu).
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a competitive contractual remuneration package designed to attract experienced professionals.
Consolidated Salary: ₹18,000/- per month.
Conveyance Allowance: ₹5,000/- per month.
Total Monthly Emoluments: ₹23,000/-
