Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical care to patients within the assigned super-specialty department (Paediatric, Plastic, or Neurosurgery).
- Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and undergraduate medical students.
- Actively participate in departmental academic activities, including seminars, case presentations, and journal clubs.
- Assist senior faculty and consultants in complex surgical and medical procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications
- A postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS) in the respective subject (Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, or Neurosurgery) from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Age must be between 21 and 35 years.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India.

Salary and Benefits
Candidates selected for the Senior Resident position will receive a monthly salary based on Pay Level-11 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix.
- Pay Scale: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 per month.
- Allowances: In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as per university and government norms.
