Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and technicians in daily manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Apprentice: A B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Diploma Apprentice: A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering from a State Council or Board of Technical Education.
• Candidates must have passed their qualifying degree/diploma in the years 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• A valid 16-digit registration number from the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal is mandatory.
• Minimum Age: 14 years. There is no upper age limit.
• Candidates who have previously undergone apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with engineering design software like CAD is a plus.

Salary and Benefits

As this is an apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend instead of a full salary. This stipend is designed to support apprentices during their training period.
Stipend Details:
Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000/- per month
Diploma Apprentice: ₹8,000/- per month
