Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field-based research activities, including patient screening and data collection, as per project protocols.
- Manage and analyze research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and assist in drafting scientific papers.
- Coordinate with primary care physicians and other stakeholders in the Nadia district.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, manage supplies, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Project Research Scientist-I: Ph.D. in Life Sciences OR a Post-graduate degree in Life Sciences with at least three years of research experience.
- Project Nurse-II: Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (ANM) with a minimum of five years of experience OR General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Project Technician-III: 12th pass in Science subjects plus a two-year diploma (DMLT/PMW) OR a B.Sc. in a relevant scientific field.
- Age Limit: The maximum age is 45 years for the Scientist, 35 years for the Nurse, and 30 years for the Technician position. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in community-based health projects or implementation research.
- Proficiency in data collection tools and statistical software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Experience working in a clinical research laboratory or similar environment.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary based on the post. This is a contractual position for the duration of the ICMR project.
- Project Research Scientist-I: ₹56,000/- per month + HRA
- Project Nurse-II: ₹20,000/- per month + HRA
- Project Technician-III: ₹18,000/- per month
