Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in your assigned department, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
• Supervise and guide Junior Residents and medical interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Participate in academic activities, including case presentations, seminars, and journal clubs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients in accordance with hospital policies.
• Assist senior faculty in research projects, clinical trials, and other academic initiatives.
• Handle medical and surgical emergencies efficiently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards.

Required Qualifications

• A postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the respective discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• The candidate must be registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a State Medical Council.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 45 years as of the date of the interview. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

Salary and Benefits

Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, you will be entitled to other allowances such as Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per government norms.
