Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and manage biological samples (including phlebotomy) according to project protocols.
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures as required by the clinical trial.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and results.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Assist the research team in data compilation, entry, and preliminary analysis.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality control standards within the laboratory.
- Coordinate with clinical staff and participants to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Option 1: 12th pass in Science stream combined with a Diploma (MLT/DMLT) and five years of relevant experience in the subject/field.
- Option 2: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a relevant subject/field plus three years of experience.
- Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age as of the interview date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a clinical research project.
- Proven skills and experience in phlebotomy (blood sample collection).
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary package designed to be competitive and reflect the role’s responsibilities.
Consolidated Emoluments: ₹20,000/- per month
House Rent Allowance (HRA): 18% of the basic pay will be provided in addition.
Tenure: The position is initially for a period of one year, with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.
