Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of eligible patients for the clinical trial.
- Collect, manage, and meticulously enter clinical data according to research protocols.
- Coordinate with the research team to ensure the smooth execution of the trial.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all project-related activities.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Principal Investigator and senior staff.

Required Qualifications
- A three-year Graduate degree in a relevant subject combined with three years of relevant experience.
- OR a Postgraduate (PG) degree in a relevant subject/field.
- OR a First-Class four-year B.E./B.Tech degree in an engineering subject.
- Maximum age limit of 35 years as of the interview date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in clinical trials or large-scale research projects.
- Demonstrable experience in patient recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in data collection, entry, and management using basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹28,000, supplemented with a House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per the prevailing Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) norms. This contractual position provides invaluable experience in a leading medical research environment.
