Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assistant Manager (CRC): Coordinate all phases of the clinical research trial, including patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
- Assistant Manager (CRC): Manage and maintain accurate and confidential trial data and patient records.
- Assistant Manager (CRC): Ensure strict adherence to trial protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Nurse: Provide direct nursing care to patients participating in the clinical trial.
- Nurse: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to the research protocol.
- Nurse: Monitor patient health, document observations, and report any adverse events promptly.
- Nurse: Assist the research team in clinical procedures and data collection.
Required Qualifications
- Assistant Manager (CRC): Must possess an M.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Nurse: Must have a General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) certificate with 2 years of experience OR a B.Sc in Nursing.
- Age Limit: The age limit will be as per institutional rules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Assistant Manager (CRC): Candidates with 2 years of prior experience in clinical research are highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The consolidated monthly salary is competitive and will be based on the position:
- Assistant Manager (Clinical Research Coordinator-CRC): ₹ 65,000 to ₹ 75,000 per month.
- Nurse: ₹ 25,000 per month.
Note: These are temporary project-based positions, and benefits will be as per the rules of the sponsored project.
