Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS), and Firefighting.
- Manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of lifts, ETP/STP, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones for the Proton Beam Therapy Centre are met on schedule.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for senior management.
- Ensure all mechanical installations adhere to stringent safety regulations and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide effective and timely solutions.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and site management for all mechanical works.
Required Qualifications
- A First-Class, full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- OR a First-Class, full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven, hands-on experience in the execution and maintenance of HVAC, Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS), Firefighting systems, Lifts, and BMS.
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years as of the date of the interview. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on large-scale hospital or healthcare facility construction projects.
- Familiarity with the operational management of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
Salary and Benefits
Consolidated Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹65,000. The final amount will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
