Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of natural farming projects statewide.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including farmers, community leaders, and government officials.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for farmers.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and documentation.
- Manage project-related data and ensure timely record-keeping.
- Facilitate community engagement and build strong relationships with beneficiaries.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Post-graduate degree.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Maximum age of 30 years (age relaxation available as per organizational norms).
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in agriculture, natural farming, or rural development projects.

Salary and Benefits
