Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and skin punctures to collect blood samples from patients accurately and safely.
- Adhere strictly to patient identification protocols to prevent sample mix-ups.
- Label all collected specimens with the correct patient information and required details.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a sterile environment and prevent infections.
- Process and prepare blood samples for laboratory analysis and testing.

- Maintain accurate records of collected samples and enter data into the hospital’s information system.
Required Qualifications
- Must have passed the 10th Standard (SSC) examination.
- Must hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution.
- The candidate’s age must be 30 years or younger as of the interview date.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of professional experience as a phlebotomist or in a related laboratory role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and data entry.

Salary and Benefits
