Key Responsibilities
- Conduct music training sessions for various age groups and skill levels.
- Organize and manage cultural events, workshops, and performances.
- Provide accompaniment services for musical activities and performances.
- Assist in the planning and execution of departmental cultural programs.
- Liaise with artists, performers, and cultural institutions.
- Maintain records and reports related to cultural activities.
- Support the overall administration of the Directorate’s cultural initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or any Degree
- Proficiency in relevant musical instruments or cultural organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Konkani and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Music, Fine Arts, or a related cultural field.
- Prior experience in teaching music or organizing cultural events.
- Knowledge of Goan traditional arts and culture.
- Experience with administrative tasks related to cultural programs.
Salary & Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs. 26,700 to Rs. 28,100, as per government norms. Benefits may include allowances and opportunities for professional development within the Directorate of Art and Culture.
