Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage railway infrastructure development projects.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop strategic plans for project execution and resource allocation.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed project reports and performance analyses.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum Age: 21 Years.
• Maximum Age: 55 Years.
• Age relaxation will be provided as per the Organisation’s norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in railway infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in project management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices in a rail context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Rs. 1,23,100/- to Rs. 2,18,200/- per month.
Benefits will be as per the norms of the Jharkhand Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation (JRIDCL).
