Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Full-Cycle Recruiter.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the government sector or with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- Familiarity with recruiting for roles such as Chief General Manager, Senior Manager, or similar leadership positions.
- Knowledge of government job application processes and eligibility criteria.
- Experience in infrastructure or highway authority recruitment.
