Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Experience:
- Geologist: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Senior Geologist: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Principal Geologist: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Age Limit (as of 29.02.2024):
- Geologist: Up to 35 years.
- Senior Geologist: Up to 40 years.
- Principal Geologist: Up to 45 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in a relevant specialization of Geology is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
WAPCOS offers a competitive salary package on the IDA pay scale. The remuneration is structured based on the position and experience level:
- Geologist: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
- Senior Geologist: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month
- Principal Geologist: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month
In addition to the base salary, selected candidates will be entitled to other allowances and benefits as per the company’s policy for contract employees.
