Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the assigned department (Obstetrics & Gynaecology or Paediatric Surgery).
- Assist and perform surgeries and medical procedures under the supervision of senior faculty.
- Participate actively in academic activities, including seminars, case presentations, and journal clubs.
- Mentor and supervise junior doctors, interns, and medical students on their clinical rotations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients in compliance with hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications
- A postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant specialty (Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatric Surgery) from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Age between 21 and 35 years as of the application deadline.
- A valid registration with the State Medical Council or Medical Council of India.

Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will be placed in Pay Level-11 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) pay matrix.
Pay Scale: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 per month.
Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, selected residents are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as per Aligarh Muslim University and government norms.
