Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced Finite Element (FE) analysis, specifically using ABAQUS software, to simulate the behavior of CFST members.
- Develop and validate innovative performance-based design frameworks based on analytical and experimental results.
- Design, organize, and execute experimental tests on structural components to gather crucial performance data.
- Meticulously analyze research data, document findings, and contribute to the preparation of high-quality research papers for publication.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator and other team members to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in project reporting, documentation, and presenting findings at relevant seminars and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- A mandatory minimum of two (2) years of proven research experience obtained after the completion of the M.E./M.Tech degree.
- A consistently strong academic record throughout your educational history.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Finite Element analysis software, particularly ABAQUS.
- Prior experience in conducting experimental testing and data acquisition in a structural engineering laboratory.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation package designed to support their research endeavors.
Consolidated Salary: ₹42,000 per month.
Allowances: House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per the prevailing Government of India (GOI) norms.
