Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development in the field of microwave tube technology and related areas.

Required Qualifications
- For Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering with a valid GATE score, OR M.E./M.Tech in Electronics Engineering. The maximum age limit is 28 years.
- For Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. in Physics/Applied Physics, OR M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics with a minimum of three years of research experience and at least one published research paper in a peer-reviewed journal. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) candidates is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior research experience in microwave devices or vacuum electronic devices.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment like Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Strong programming skills in MATLAB or Python for data analysis and simulation.
- Excellent scientific writing and communication skills for documentation and publication.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly stipend along with other allowances as per DRDO regulations.
