Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and simulations using software like SAP2000, ABAQUS, or ETABS.
- Assist in setting up and performing experimental tests on masonry structures.
- Collect, process, and analyze experimental data to evaluate structural performance.
- Prepare technical reports, research summaries, and documentation related to project findings.

- Maintain accurate records of all research activities and a detailed laboratory notebook.
Required Qualifications
- A B.E./B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or a 6.5 CGPA.
- An M.E./M.Tech. degree in Structural Engineering or Earthquake Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or a 6.5 CGPA.
- A valid and qualifying GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score.
- Age must be between 21 and 35 years, adhering to SERB norms for project staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ABAQUS, and ETABS.
- Prior hands-on experience in conducting experimental testing in a structural engineering lab.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary (emoluments) of ₹35,000 per month. In addition to the salary, an 8% House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per institutional norms.
