Key Responsibilities
- Officer (Quality Assurance): Conduct rigorous quality control checks, inspect medical equipment and products, ensure compliance with ISO standards, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in internal and external audits.
- Depot/Warehouse Officer: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination. Manage stock verification, supervise inward/outward material flow, and maintain records using ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- For Officer (Quality Assurance): A B.E. or B.Tech degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- For Depot/Warehouse Officer: A regular Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: A mandatory minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field is required for all positions.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 40 years as of June 1, 2024.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software for Depot Officer roles.
- For the QA position, experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant ISO certification processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹60,000, commensurate with their qualifications and experience. As this is a fixed-term contract, benefits will be provided as per HLL Lifecare’s norms for contractual employees.
