Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical consultation and treatment to the employees and pensioners of the Bank.
- Manage and oversee the Bank’s dispensary operations during scheduled hours.
- Maintain accurate medical records and health documentation for all patients.
- Offer medical advice and support during health emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and guidelines set by the Bank.
- Certify medical reimbursement claims as per the Bank’s policies.
Required Qualifications
- A valid MBBS Degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Medical Practitioner in a hospital or clinic.
- The applicant’s medical practice or residence should be within a 10 km radius of the RBI’s Bhubaneswar dispensaries.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in General Medicine.
- Prior experience working as a consultant for a government body or a corporate entity.
- Proficiency in the local language (Odia) for better patient communication.
Salary and Benefits
The engagement is on a contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration.
Hourly Pay: ₹1,000 per hour.
Monthly Allowance: ₹1,000 per month for out-of-pocket expenses.
Note: The selected consultant will not be eligible for any other benefits like superannuation, gratuity, or leave that are available to regular RBI employees.
