Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and financial data submitted by electricity licensees to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in the formulation, review, and drafting of new regulations, orders, and policy papers.

Required Qualifications
- For Assistant Director (Engineering): A Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Technology from a recognized university.
- For Assistant Director (Finance): Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA), or possess an MBA in Finance or be a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- For Assistant Director (Law): A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age. A relaxation of 10 years is applicable for PWD candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering: A Post-Graduate degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
- Law: A Master’s Degree in Law (LLM), particularly with a specialization in Commercial Law.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in the S-16 pay scale, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400.
