Key Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the development and testing of a Solar PV Thermal (PVT) domestic heater.
- Assist the Principal Investigator in designing experiments and setting up research apparatus.
- Conduct simulations and data analysis using software like TRNSYS, ANSYS, FLUENT, and MATLAB.
- Collect, document, and interpret research data accurately for project reports.
- Prepare technical summaries, presentations, and assist in drafting research papers.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe and organized research environment.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet research milestones and deliverables on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A B.E./B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- A minimum of 60% marks or a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
- The candidate’s maximum age must not exceed 32 years as on the date of the interview.
Preferred Qualifications
- An M.E./M.Tech degree in Thermal Engineering or a related Renewable Energy field.
- Prior hands-on experience in designing or working with Solar Thermal Systems.
- Proficiency with engineering simulation software such as ANSYS, FLUENT, TRNSYS, or MATLAB.
