Key Responsibilities

• National Project Manager (NPM): Lead the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the ‘Scaling up of Energy Efficiency in MSME sector’ project. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Liaise with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and international partners to ensure project alignment and success.
• Senior Sector Expert (SSE): Provide high-level technical expertise and strategic guidance on energy efficiency technologies and policies relevant to the MSME sector. Conduct detailed analysis, prepare technical reports, and support the project manager in implementing project activities. Develop and deliver capacity-building programs for MSME stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or an MBA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university.
• Experience for National Project Manager: A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in the energy sector, energy efficiency implementation, or large-scale project management.
• Experience for Senior Sector Expert: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the energy sector, energy efficiency implementation, or related technical fields.
• Age Limit: The maximum age as of the application’s last date is 50 years for the NPM post and 45 years for the SSE post.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience working on projects related to the MSME sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian energy policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA).
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in a public sector undertaking (PSU) or government body.

Salary and Benefits

The positions offer a competitive consolidated monthly remuneration based on expertise and role responsibilities.

• National Project Manager (NPM): ₹2,50,000 per month (Consolidated)
• Senior Sector Expert (SSE): ₹1,25,000 per month (Consolidated)

Note: As these are contractual positions, other benefits will be governed by the prevailing norms of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
