Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical consultation and treatment to employees during designated hours.
• Manage and respond to routine medical emergencies effectively.
• Conduct health check-ups and maintain accurate medical records for all patients.

• Collaborate with the HR department to support employee wellness programs.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from an Institute or University recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• A minimum of one (1) year of practical experience after completing the degree.
• Must be below 65 years of age as of May 8, 2024.
• Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Post Graduate Degree in a relevant medical specialization is desirable and will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience working as a medical officer in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or a large industrial organization.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive remuneration package based on visits.
Consultation Fee: ₹7,000 per visit, with each visit lasting approximately 2 hours.
Conveyance Allowance: An additional ₹1,000 will be provided per visit to cover travel expenses.
