Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities as outlined in the project scope.
- Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining laboratory and mechanical equipment.

Required Qualifications
- Project Associate-I: A Master’s of Science (M.Sc.) in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Science and Nutrition from a recognized university.
- Project Associate-II: A Bachelor’s of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor’s of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in R&D within Industrial/Academic institutions.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a CSIR laboratory or a similar R&D setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and technical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend along with House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per institutional norms.

- Project Associate-II: Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA
