Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and development in the area of analog and RF IC design.
- Utilize industry-standard EDA tools like Cadence, Synopsis, or Mentor Graphics for circuit simulation and layout design.
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Document research findings, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to publishing academic papers.
- Assist in the design and testing of the integrated circuit for the transceiver.
- Manage lab equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functionality for the project.
Required Qualifications
- M.E./M.Tech. in VLSI/Microelectronics/ECE or an equivalent discipline with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks.
- Alternatively, a B.Tech./B.E. in ECE/EE or an equivalent field with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks.
- Must possess a qualified and valid GATE score.
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 32 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsis, or Mentor Graphics.
- Prior practical experience in the analog/RF IC design workflow.
- Working knowledge and application of Verilog-A for circuit modeling.
- Demonstrable experience in analog or RF layout design.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 37,000 per month. In addition to the monthly stipend, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per the prevailing Government of India (GoI) norms.
