Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the assigned specialty, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
- Perform and supervise medical procedures and surgeries as per hospital protocols.
- Mentor and guide Junior Residents, interns, and medical students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate actively in academic activities, including case presentations, seminars, and research projects.
- Manage emergencies and provide critical care support effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- An MBBS degree from a university or institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- A Post-Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or a Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
- Must possess valid and current registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 45 years as of the date of the interview. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a high-volume government hospital or a similar public healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex medical cases within the relevant specialty.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 11 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.
Base Salary: ₹67,700 per month.
Allowances: In addition to the base salary, incumbents will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other benefits as per government regulations.
