• Technical Assistants: Diploma in Civil/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering.
• Engineers (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech. in the respective discipline.
• Junior Accountant: B.Com (Honours)/BBA/BA with Economics/Statistics/Commerce.
• Age Limit: 18–32 years (relaxation for SC/ST candidates).

• Prior government sector experience (for Group-A/B roles).

Salary and Benefits

Pay scales as per Meghalaya Government norms:
– Group-A Gazetted (Level 15): ₹62,600 – ₹1,39,000/month (e.g., Engineers, Research Officer).
– Group-B Non-Gazetted (Level 12): ₹47,200 – ₹1,11,000/month (e.g., Assistant Librarian).
