Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to study protein structures.

Required Qualifications

• M.Tech/M.E. in Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.
• OR M.Sc. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Physics, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
• OR B.Tech in Biochemical/Biomedical/Biotechnology Engineering with a valid GATE score.
• Must have qualified in a National Eligibility Test (e.g., CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship, or GATE).
• The maximum age limit is 28 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Female/Physically Disabled candidates as per Government of India rules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior research experience in conducting and analyzing molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.
• Practical experience in fundamental protein biochemistry techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Perl for data analysis and scripting.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Fellowship: A consolidated stipend of ₹37,000 per month.
