Key Responsibilities
- Conduct, supervise, and interpret a wide range of microbiological and serological tests.

- Participate in the hospital’s infection control committee and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Required Qualifications
- A recognized MBBS degree from an institution approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- A Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) or Diploma (DNB) in Microbiology from a recognized university.
- Must possess a valid registration certificate from the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 45 years as of the date of the interview. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Senior Resident in a reputable hospital’s Microbiology department.
- Familiarity with laboratory accreditation standards like NABL or NABH.
- Published research papers or presentations in relevant medical journals or conferences.
- Proficiency in advanced diagnostic techniques and laboratory information systems.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be compensated according to the Pay Matrix Level 11 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
Pay Scale: Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700 per month.
Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other standard allowances as applicable under government regulations.
