Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for goods, services, and works under the SBM (Gramin) guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies to ensure efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and issue tender documents, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Invitations to Bid (ITB), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
