Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital logic for processor components using Verilog or VHDL.
- Develop and integrate hardware security modules within the RISC-V processor architecture.
- Conduct simulation, verification, and testing of the designed hardware on FPGA platforms.
- Collaborate with the principal investigator and research team to analyze results and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in drafting technical reports, research papers for conferences, and journal publications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the research progress and experimental setups.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech) in ECE, VLSI Design, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Computer Science Engineering.
- OR a Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in a relevant engineering discipline with a valid GATE score.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Computer Architecture, Digital Logic Design, and hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL).
- Proficiency in programming with C or C++.
- Age must be between 21 and 37 years as of the application closing date.

- Hands-on experience with RISC-V ISA and its architecture.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly Stipend: A consolidated fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- per month.
