Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage all secretarial functions of the company, including board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of all required documents with regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications
